The Ciavolich family settled in Miglianico, Abruzzo, around 1560, and in 1853 Francesco Ciavolich built the first family cellar, today one of the oldest and most evocative in the region. Generations later, the family still tends its Abruzzo estates with a deep love for the land, and their extra virgin olive oil shows it.
