Bibanesi are chunky, hand-stretched Italian breadsticks from the Da Re family bakery in Bibano, Treviso. Created by Giuseppe Da Re in 1987, they're slowly leavened for 22 to 36 hours and made with 100% extra virgin olive oil, with no preservatives or additives. Recognised as a traditional Italian food product since 2001.
